As a senior member of the Finance team, this role is responsible for the provision of Financial Management information to both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Responsible for delivery of all financial, management and Group reporting information relating to the department Development of internal management reports including KPIs, variance analysis and detailed reports Manage the invoicing process for Offshore Personnel, related offshore travel and ad-hoc recharges to projects Responsible for cash management and treasury activities including hedging requirements Lead and manage the financial reporting team (currently 2 direct reports) Manage the month end reporting process Work closely with the department Cost Control Manager Build strong working relationships with Regional and Corporate finance teams Preparation of Budgets and monthly forecasting of results Responsible for the establishment , development and maintenance of JDE, Pillar, BO (Helios) accounting structures Oversee the accounting for the International payroll function Responsible for financial processes, policies and procedures Responsible for internal controls and compliance with SOX and Internal Audit requirements Responsible for ensuring that financial activities comply with Group Financial Reporting procedures Preparation of ad-hoc reports as required
