Ensure that all assigned ROV assets are operationally fit for purpose and capable of maintaining a high level of reliability Ensure that all assigned ROV assets the correct level of certification and that it is maintained and always in date Ensure that all assigned assets are adequately stocked with stores and spares. This expands to ensuring an FMEA is conducted for assets operating in remote locations Ensure that all activities undertaken are in compliance with company HSE and Quality policies, which shall include for legislative and contractual compliance, where appropriate Ensure that assigned projects are properly planned and managed with the provision of the necessary documentation, budget forecast and reports to ensure that FMEA and Risk Assessment demands are met Provide suggestions to improve equipment operation and address reliability issues when required Project-manage assigned Projects for the refurbishment and upgrade of Assets or for the provision, mobilisation and installation of Assets Manage assigned budgets, delivering accurate and timely updates to management during the life of the project Assist with technical and budgetary input to the tendering process, where required Interface with the appropriate internal Ship Operations Managers to ensure there is a professional execution of the ROV requirement during operations Working with OR SCM, maintain appropriate contact with existing and potential suppliers and sub contractors Input and maintain the ROV technical Library in conjunction with the Technical & Engineering function Input and maintain the ROV technical specification within the ROV Technical Database relating to ROV system responsibilities Monitor failure database for relevance to system breakdown
