ROV Workshop Manager Jobs in Batam, Indonesia

Ensure that all permanent visiting staff work in a safe manner at all times •To plan, organize and execute all Workshop activities related to machining , equipment maintenance, fabrication & manufacturing/ upgrades, within budget and schedule process and efficiency •To prepare budget proposal scheduling & forecasting •To develop and effective implement of procedures to enhance and achieve production targets •Manage & co-ordinate daily activities of the ROV Workshop and Workshop permanent staff •Issue and completion of equipment job sheets and other maintenance and repair documentation •To effectively expedite parts and sub assemblies required for Workshop manufacturing and upgrade activities •Ensure that all maintenance and repair work carried out in the base is performed in accordance with Oceaneering standards & procedures •Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient operation of Workshop activities •Ensure that all Workshop equipment and tools are regularly maintained and certified as required •Assist with any other duties as and when required •Undertake specific projects as instructed by management •Ensure that Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered •Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems •Perform assigned tasks with due diligence regarding Integrated Management Systems on the Company •Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment
