Execute Individual goals and objectives within the SHE&Q annual department work plan • Execute and report internal and external audits in accordance with the audit schedule • Implement the document file code procedure Support the organisation to achieve the SHEQ objectives • Provide accurate, timely and effective business improvement advise to operational staff • Provide relevant operation feedback to departmental and rig managers • Attend operational meetings as required • Collate and distribute rig and Unit SHE&Q performance statistics Champion the development and maintenance of the safety, health and environmentally aware culture within the organisation • Provide effective SHE&Q coaching to operational staff • Present SHEQ Induction for new employees • Contribute to investigation and the analysis of the root causes of incidents • Maintain and provide incident investigation information Contribute to the development and maintenance of loss control systems, with respect identified hazards that present risk to persons, assets and the environment. • Participate in the formal safety studies for rig safety cases and combined operations with Operators. • Develop and maintain good working relationships with regulatory authorities • Disseminate reports accept responses and develop action plans to improve safety.
