The Well Integrity Product Manager is chartered with developing and executing the growth strategy for GE Oil&Gas’ Casing Inspection and Cement Evaluation product lines. You will create a strategy responsive to the external environment and lead cross-functional business execution. Essential Responsibilities: •Shaping the vision, both internally and externally, for the Casing Inspection and Cement Evaluation product lines by being a visible champion to all stakeholders. •Identifying product offering gaps and developing a Multi-Generation Product Plan (MGPP) and a Multi-Generation Sales Plan (MGSP) to actively promote growth. •Drive deeper insight into industry best practices for relevant technologies, and assess our competitor’s strengths and weaknesses. •Developing and supporting business cases to drive NPI and/or inorganic growth targets. •Successfully managing related NPI/NTI (New Product Innovation/New Technology Innovation) programmes to timely conclusion. •Coordinating customer interface initiatives to support New Product Development projects. •Influencing cross-functional teams, including: Supply Chain, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Technical Services and Customer Support to drive Product Line process and product excellence.
