Black Belt – Downhole Technology OTR Jobs in Yateley, UK

Through cross functional Black Belt and Green Belt projects, dramatically improve on time delivery in Downhole Technology (DT) and improve process capability of manufacturing/repair operations in DT Drive cultural changes across the business and support deployment of Lean Six Sigma program in DT Educate, coach, and mentor Green Belts on Lean Six Sigma philosophy and application Identify further potential process improvement projects. Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams. Identify and manage resources required to successfully execute projects. Communicate teams’ progress to Champions, Business Leaders, and MBBs. Work with finance to identify and validate savings opportunities. Lead Root Cause Analysis projects on key issues identified in the business Support development and continuous improvement of the Downhole Technology Quality Management System (QMS); verify compliance to the QMS through auditing
