Will report to the plant manager and support the Manufacturing operations performance of Bridge of Don * Responsible for the deployment and execution of the Six Sigma Roadmap of the plant to support the challenges on Quality, Manufacturing Documentations Delivery, Productivity, Linearity – Improve customer satisfaction * Follow-up projects execution by mentoring GB projects to achieve annual savings and COQ targets * Following completion of a rigorous training program, serve as change agent by stimulating, communicating and institutionalizing Six Sigma initiatives at any level of manufacturing to engage the whole Manufacturing team. * Teach, train, coach and mentor at any manufacturing level in the use of Six Sigma methodology. * Support Lean initiative by participating to Lean events within Manufacturing and cross-functions * Work with the Europe Manufacturing Lean Leader, Europe Manufacturing Quality Leader and the plant lean leader to provide leadership and direction to teams empowered to execute the Lean Sigma strategy * Constantly seek, share and implement best practices. * Communicate teams’ progress to Champions, Business Leaders and Master Black Belts.
