Frontier Drilling, a deepwater drilling contractor headquartered in Houston, TX, has four openings for a Chief Mechanic on the Bully I, our purpose built drillship, currently under construction and capable of ultra-deepwater DP operations worldwide, specifically designed for moored and DP arctic operations. The Chief Mechanic oversees all mechanical system’s maintenance; ensuring rig equipment is maintained to the highest level of operational standards. Candidates must have a minimum of one year experience as a Chief Mechanic with another drilling contractor on a deepwater vessel of similar class and be eligible to work in the U.S.
