Completion Fluids Engineer Jobs in Houston, USA

The Completion Fluids Engineer is accountable for design of the completion fluids programs, incorporating facets of displacement tools, spacer design, hydrate inhibition (if needed) and formation pressures. The completion fluids engineer will work closely with the Completion Engineer through all stages of the planning and execution. All of the design work will be documented and included in the Basis of Design (BOD) for the well. Subsequently the completion fluids engineer will be responsible to review and approve the Completion Fluids program provided by the service company. The completion fluids engineer main areas for planning will be well displacement and hydraulic modelling, low density completion fluids, lost circulation pill design, environmental compliance, waste management and cementing interface considerations. Less than 25% travel required to rig.
