Projects that a Completions Engineer could work on include: • Designing and implementing well completions on an offshore platform or subsea wells. This will include giving onshore support to complete a fit for purpose completion design, developing implementation procedures, conducting design and operability risk assessments and producing probabilistic time/cost estimating, along with capturing lessons learned and best practices (internal & external) for sharing with other members of the completions engineering community and inclusion into future programs. The well completion engineer will be responsible for participating in the offshore installation of the completion focusing on incident free operations and maintaining UK legislative requirements.
