Diving Mechanical Technician Jobs in Offshore, International

Has primary responsibility for the maintenance and repair of the system, implements and monitors technical procedures and reporting, work management and execution and supervision of personnel and operational tasks. These key responsibilities are structured as follows: Ensures that the equipment and all relevant systems are in complete working order and in compliance with all technical requirements throughout the contract period. (NB : This may involve working in base to ensure that the system is acceptable prior to mobilisation). Ensures that the equipment is checked in accordance with relevant check lists. Organises the planned maintenance for the system and maintains complete technical records and logs, including any authorised modifications and special fits. Keeps a continuous record, reports defects as they arise and uses these records to prepare for refits and maintenance periods by ensuring that spare parts, materials etc. are available when required. Carrys out general operations team duties, etc. as required.
