DP Operator Jobs in Offshore, International

USCG Unlimited Deck License and a Nautical Institute DP Operator Certificate required; excellent working knowledge of DP systems and the applications of DP systems during drilling operations; excellent working knowledge of semi-submersible rig operations; detailed knowledge of stability and ballast control operations, both practical and theoretical; good written and oral communication skills; good knowledge of MS Office applications; must be legally entitled to work in the United States and be able to obtain a passport for worldwide travel as needed. Responsibilities include: Operate the DP system to maintain the riser angle within operational limits; maintain the bridge watch; relieve BCO at ballast control desk as needed; monitor environmental conditions and react appropriately; work as directed under the supervision of the of the Chief Mate and OIM.
