· Will mentor new technical personnel within North Africa. · Responsible for ensuring technical training and transfer of technical knowledge/expertise to sales within North Africa. · Focus on High Potential Business Opportunities. · Project Management of priority projects. · Ensure proper understanding of customer needs concerning new opportunities and provide planning and application of technology accordingly. · Provide technical expertise in the development of these opportunities in N. Africa. · Supports New Product Launches and New Service Introductions in N. Africa. · Position entails collaboration with Area/Districts and HQ groups to develop and champion product design improvements and services; administer and audit key technical process. · Handles special projects as assigned. · Travel throughout Africa to ensure customer relationship.
