Main tasks and responsibilities: * Promote the belief that all injuries are preventable and unacceptable within the organizations safety culture * Work in liaison with the vessels and line management in the identification of work related hazards * Advise on loss experience and provide recommendations to reduce risk * Perform audits and reviews * Ensure compliance with regulatory rules and regulations and follow up on maritime HSEQ issues * Work closely with our Maritime Compliance Manager (CSO and DP) * Interface with customers to represent the established IMS
