Overall you will be responsible for construction activities and the quality of work Implement corporate and project policies and procedures Ensure all applicable legislation safety codes, requirements and standards are complied with Prepare schedules, weekly work plans, installation methods and procedures Determine manpower requirements Schedule and co-ordinate work to be performed and monitor work achieved by each discipline Co-ordinate all construction activities with Superintendents and Subcontractors Monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules Ensure control of materials throughout site is maintained Report and forecast installation progress and on site manpower Review and approve subcontractors progress invoices and claims Evaluate the performance of subordinates
