We are looking for people with a background from subsea projects, preferably in the area of system engineering and/or workover system expertise. We offer jobs in close cooperation with offshore expertise, delivery projects and early phase design studies. Extensive communication and cooperation with our customers and sub suppliers, as well as an opportunity to take leadership, is part of the job. Main tasks: * Manage technical personnel within the project engineering group. * Actively contribute to an effective project execution. Upon request, support task force programs. * Prepare yearly goals, strategy and budget for the group in line with the goals and strategy for the Department. * Monitor and control cost within own Group to achieve budgetary goals. * Plan and recruit personnel. * Challenge and ensure that all employees within the Group have the right skill, capacity and are motivated to take responsibility for their duties. * Establish and ensure that FMC Production Services work processes and instructions are followed within the Group. * Contribute to improvements within roles / responsibilities in own Group. * Promote product and system competence within FMC and towards customers.
