Position Qualifications * 1 year experience as a Motorman or equivalent industry experience * Good safety record from past operations * Working knowledge of HSE practices * Familiar with application of the HSE Management System * Complete understanding and use of the Maintenance System * Completion of training requirements for Motorman Essential Functions * Maintain and repair mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment. * Ensure that repairs and projects are finished timely and keep a minimum backlog. * Ensure that equipment failure is kept to a minimum and within contractual limits. * Ensure replacement parts are kept to an optimum level. * Maintain good communication with crew members. * Ensure planned maintenance is accurately completed. * Ensure that entries on permits, isolation tags and logs accurately reflect the current status of equipment. * Participate in the development of newly appointed team members. * Participate in training as required both on and offshore. * Regulatory compliance related to function. * Assist team in maintenance of equipment as required. * Ensure safe and efficient operations on equipment. * Ensure compliance with HSE Management System thus allowing for safe, efficient operations.
