Responsibilities : * Develop/drive the revision of Rotating Equipment Inspection and Maintenance Philosophy (IMP) including providing inputs to other relevant IMPs * Achieve Technical Integrity through implementation of cost effective maintenance program in support of the business objectives * Actively contribute to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment), manage HSSE risks and shares learning’s. Ensure that the risk/control framework is effective. Implement a safe and healthy work environment at sites during maintenance and projects execution and ensure compliance with HSSE standards and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) legislation * Perform analysis of maintenance history and inspection data to determine high-impact opportunities * Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to determine cause of equipment failures
