Responsible for operating safe and optimised production plant on UKU Offshore Facilities. The Offshore Team Lead (OTL) Function is to operate all production plant on the facility aligned to the UKU Delivery plan. This role reports directly to the facility Production Team Lead (PTL) and also to the Onshore Production Optimisation Teams and function heads, direct reports are all facility Production Technicians. The OTL peer group sits within other UK Upstream (UKU) OTL’s and selected Onshore Production optimisation team members. The OTL works internally with the PTL and all the offshore production and Maintenance Team members and has a reporting relationship externally with the onshore Operations Managers and Superintendent’s. The OTL interacts and contributes to the Onshore ICE Team members when required.
