analysis and communication of reject report statistics (COQ/DPU) to the manufacturing team. • support the manufacturing team in establishing critical process capability and assurance. • facilitate and support the use of quality tools and techniques in providing process improvement • ensure RCA is undertaken to resolve key issues • ensure that RCA driven actions are robust and effective • promote lean methodology • lead cross-functional teams to resolve key quality problems • interface with other business areas (e.g engineering, ME, sourcing, projects) to drive improvement. • drive real-time detection and provision of solutions for quality problems as they arise in the manufacturing T&A areas. • ensure that the introduction of change is managed and controlled to provide a safe and compliant environment
