Major Responsibilities - Be responsible for the financial management & reporting of the contract, through the implementation and follow- up of ordering, invoicing & reporting system. - Ensure the delivery of training by trainers or tools in time and quality, according to the terms of the contract. - Organise the co-operation and interaction with Country, Business Unit & Business Line managers to ensure the allocation of relevant resources. - Manage the relationship with the client responsible through regular contract review and proactive contacts; participate to the quality control. - Participate to the services development through renew / extension of the contract or through detection of new opportunities. - Manage the trainers faculty
