Consult with business units to evaluate BU needs, recommend solutions, and implement same. This includes evaluation of reliability risk and potential business impact. • Facilitate, lead, and/or participate in assessment teams focused on improving asset reliability, utilization and production efficiency. • Lead and assist with Reliability studies and projects using Reliability, Availability & Maintainability (RAM), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) in support of projects and operations. • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on critical failure investigations. • Participate in the development and delivery of Reliability University training classes • Work as an integral part of a technical team, recognized by technical experts from ETC and OPCO’s for Reliability expertise. • Expert working knowledge of basic reliability processes and tools including RAM (critical), RCM, FMEA, LCCA, and RCA. Candidates with knowledge of operations & maintenance preferred. Prior experience with reliability in refining, exploration and production offshore, subsurface systems, floating and fixed (FPSO, LNG barge, etc.) systems very desirable. . • Clearly communicate via reports and presentations. Comfortable with communicating and presenting to multiple levels of the organization – employee and management groups. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to enable excellent working relationship with business units. • Ability to work independently and in teams imperative.
