Ensure all HSEQ technical issues are addressed during the tender process by reviewing the contract and providing client requested documents. Additional requirements during the tender phase include; technical risk assessment, lessons learned transfer, involvement in commercial risk assessment and providing clarifications and qualifications for submittal in the tender. Involvement during project and operations phases including; technical risk assessment (HAZID/HAZOP), lessons learned capture, implementation of corrective actions. Perform incident analysis for accident, incidents and equipment damage investigations. Audit risk assessment process during installation of finished product. Work with design team to reduce risks associated with product design, installation, service and recovery. Closeout projects by performing a wrap-up lessons learned session and storage of information into the database. Ensure all PEM actions are closed out.
