As an ROV Project Co-ordinator you will:- • Provide the technical interface between onshore and offshore ROV operations • Perform engineering tasks on assigned ROV projects • Liaise with Clients on engineering related activities during start-up, operational and post operational project periods • Provide engineering and technical support to Commercial Department and for client presentations • Update technical and support documentation and prepare project procedures • Ensure work by the company and subcontractors is performed in accordance with Client specifications and to a minimum of Company standards • Ensure that contractual agreements are in place with the Client and, when appropriate, the Subcontractors and ensure that work scopes, specifications and other technical matters are adequately defined and understood by all parties concerned • Liaise regarding developments required between the Client and Company’s Technical Group • Act as the primary point of contact between Company and Client for all verbal and written communication, and approving all outgoing project correspondence and documents • Liaise with the ROV Personnel Co-ordinators and Department Managers to ensure that project requirements are met • Liaise with the Client so that the work activities of the Company meet the project schedules • Liaise with the ROV Personnel Co-ordinators to co-ordinate crew changes and work schedules to optimise productivity and to ensure adequate leave routines for all personnel • Liaise with the ROV Personnel Co-ordinators and Department Managers to ensure that project requirements for personnel, equipment, services and documentation are met • Ensure compliance with HSE & QA requirements internally as well as externally on ongoing contracts • Ensure safety policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to at offshore work location • Ensure project quality and safety systems are adequately defined and complied with and that the necessary risk assessments relating to the project operations have been performed • Maintain project correspondence records • Control the financial aspects of projects including backup for invoicing cost control, approval of requisitions and financial reporting
