The Account Manager will perform functions to generate sales and secure business for the company’s product lines through direct sales efforts to national and international accounts. * Plan sales strategies and call on established and prospective accounts to educate clients about the company and product lines. * Develop customer strategies, campaign plans, and provide accountability in their execution. * Provide specific account leadership and actions to assure that GE wins profitable business, sales, and services within the assigned region and customers. * Advise management on major customer activities, forecasts, and strategies. * Develop influential relationships with assigned customers at all levels and develop strategies to win profitable business from those customers. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE WORK PERFORMED THIS POSITION IS OPEN ONLY TO AFRICAN NATIONALS .
