To be aware of and adhere to the Aker Solutions values and leadership approach. Assist the lead engineer in planning the workload for the group. Assist in the preparation of CTR’s and man-hour estimates via the Aker Solutions Management System where applicable. Execute technical duties in a competent and professional manner and in accordance with company procedures Ensure work is completed on Schedule and within budget. Ensure project deliverables are generated via the Aker Solutions Management system where applicable. Review and check the work of others. Assist the lead engineer in the planning, co-ordination and execution of the groups work activities. Liase with other disciplines on design, construction, fabrication and commissioning issues. Provide added value to the development of their discipline / function.
