We have an open position as a: Workshop Foreman Work Tasks: • Prepare for daily workshop activities • Follow-up Apprentices who are training in the workshop • Assist with follow-up of work packages performed in the workshop • Responsibility for ensuring that documentation requirements for work packages are filled-in and returned to Workshop Planners • Order workshop consumables • Manage internal logistics regarding work progress on purchasing parts and services • Responsible for Workshop Regulations are attended to and that any deviations are reported • Responsible for calibration of operations equipment • Responsible for industrial waste is handled in accordance with current procedure / work specification. In addition, quarterly report to QA as to overview showing all industrial waste sent from Aker Subsea Services Norway for destruction / handling, and the total of water- and power consumption. • Make sure that all workshop personnel are familiar with relevant quality procedures and that they are implemented Responsibility: • Responsible for delegating job tasks to personnel who execute work in the workshop • Responsible for operations equipment; require new equipment, maintenance of equipment. Also, order consumer material in accordance to procedure Aker Subsea Lysaker Authority Limits • Responsible for consumer material is ordered and stored in accordance to storage list • Responsible for maintaining the workshop tidy and representable • Responsible for ensuring that all Safety Regulations and HES laws are attended to, and report any deviations from these procedures • Keep Planners updated on work progress and changes • Give consecutive information to Workshop Manager on important Workshop events • Collaborate with workshop personnel execution of work at Aker Subsea Services Norway • Collaborate with QC with regards to procedures, follow-up, and HSE • Ensure a best possible collaboration with other Aker Subsea Services Norway departments • Have a significant demand for initiative, flexibility and cooperation skills • Work in compliance with requirements set in Aker Subsea Services Norway’s Flow Charts and Procedures available on Intranet • Work in conformity with relevant ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management System) and ISO 9001:2000 (Quality Management – enhance Customer satisfaction) requirements set for Aker Kværner Subsea Services Norway
